解决 java.lang.SecurityException: Requires FLASHLIGHT or HARDWARE_TEST permission

问题场景：
在完成扫描二维码的过程中，使用到了摄像头，但是会提示以下的问题后仔细看了下提示，才知道是权限的问题。

解决方法：

在AndroidManifest.xml中添加以下权限
