wpf BitmapImage.EndInit() Value does not fall within the expected range.

一、报错环境：win7客户机，个别浮现

二、代码报错位置：

System.ArgumentException: Value does not fall within the expected range. ---> System.ArgumentException: Value does not fall within the expected range.

   at System.Windows.Media.ColorContext.GetColorContextsHelper(GetColorContextsDelegate getColorContexts)
   at System.Windows.Media.Imaging.BitmapFrameDecode.get_ColorContexts()
   at System.Windows.Media.Imaging.BitmapImage.FinalizeCreation()
   at System.Windows.Media.Imaging.BitmapImage.EndInit()

调用endInit时，报出值不在预期范围之类；

一定要加在beginInit方法后面；
