编程十诫

1. Understand and accept that you will make mistakes.  接受自己会犯错的事实
2. You are not your code. 你和你的代码不是一体的。
3. No matter how much "karate" you know, someone else will always know more. 天外有天，人外有人。
4. Don't rewrite code without consultation.不要在没有经过咨询的情况下就重写代码。
5. Treat people who know less than you with respect, deference, and patience. 尊重那些技术上不如你的人，要有耐心。
6. The only constant in the world is change.变化是这个世界唯一不变的东西。
7. The only true authority stems from knowledge, not from position.权威来自于知识，并不来自于职位。
8. Fight for what you believe, but gracefully accept defeat. 为自己的信仰斗争，但是也要优雅地接受失败。
9. Don't be "the guy in the room."不要成为“永远躲在房间里的人”。
10. Critique code instead of people – be kind to the coder, not to the code.给代码挑刺，不要给写代码的人挑刺——对待代码中的错误要像秋风扫落叶一般，对待写代码的人要像春风一样
