arm-linux-gcc compile the cross-platform mpich2 on ubuntu

1,install arm-linux-gcc

I'm download the arm-linux-gcc from this site http://ishare.iask.sina.com.cn/f/13836544.html?from=like, unpack tar and add arm-linux-gcc/bin to the “PATH”，in bash input: arm-linux-gcc -v , if you see the follow info, indicate that you has install arm-linux-gcc sucess .

Target: arm-none-linux-gnueabi
