Onnx 导出swin transformer

1. 按照repo配置好swin transformer 环境。

https://github.com/microsoft/Swin-Transformer

2. 在repo 目录下创建文件export.py.

运行

`python export.py --eval --cfg configs/swin/swin_based_patch4_window7_224.yaml --resume ../weights/swin_tiny_patch4_window7_224.pth --data-path data/ --lock_rank 0`
