Onkyo NR474 更新Firmware失败解决办法

无意中通过菜单选择了“更新固件”，而且由于平时都是无线连接，机器自动通过无线进行固件的更新。大概更新到70%，然后报错，错误代码忘记了。等了很久都没有跳过去，于是关机再开机，如此试了大概五六次，都是卡在70%进度。

于是上网搜了下，找到了安桥官方给出的方法：

1. 通过网线进行固件更新。个人试了几次，没有成功。

2. 通过U盘进行固件更新。步骤参考附件2。

步骤如下：

1. Connect a USB device to your PC. If there is anydata in the USB device, remove it first.

电脑上插入U盘。

2. DownloadthefirmwarefilefromtheOnkyowebsite. The file name is as follows:

ONKA VR****_************.zip

Unzip the downloaded file. The numbers of foldersand files differ according to the model.

官网下载固件，解压到U盘根目录（别放在文件夹里）。

3. Copy all the extracted folders including all foldersand files to the USB device. Be careful not to copythe zip file.

此部同“2”。

4. Remove the USB device from your PC and connect it to the USB port on the AV receiver.When the AV receiver has two USB ports, you canuse either one.

拔掉U盘，插入功放的USB接口。

5. Make sure the AV receiver and TV are turned on.If the A V receiver is in standby mode, press

8ON/STANDBY on the AV receiver to light up thefront display.

打开电视和功放。

6. SelecttheUSBinputsource.“Now Initializing...” appears on the AV receiver’s

display and then the name of the USB device isdisplayed. It takes 20 to 30 seconds to recognize theUSB device.

功放需要20～30s左右去识别U盘。

7. PressRECEIVERfollowedbyHOMEontheremotecontroller.

The Home menu appears on the TV screen.

进入主菜单。

8. Select“FirmwareUpdate”andpressENTER.

选择固件更新。

9. Select“UpdateviaUSB”andpressENTER.Note that this option will not be available if there is no

firmware file newer than the currently installedversion.

选择通过USB更新。

10. Select “Update” and press ENTER.The update process will begin.

During the update process, the on-screen display maydisappear depending on the updated program. Whenthis occurs, you can still view the update progress onthe AV receiver’s display. The on-screen display willreappear after the update is complete, and uponturning the AV receiver off and on again.Do not turn off the A V receiver and do not remove theUSB device during the update process.

选择更新。更新过程中，电视会无显示，注意功放显示器上的进度条，直到显示“complete”。

11. The message “Completed!” appears on the AVreceiver’s display, indicating that the update hasbeen completed.Remove the USB device.

当现实“completed”时，说明更新已经完成。

12. Press 8ON/STANDBY on the front panel.The AV receiver will enter standby mode.

Do not use 8RECEIVER on the remote controller.The AV receiver will enter standby modeautomatically in 3 minutes regardless of whether8ON/STANDBY is pressed.Congratulations! You now have the latest firmwareinstalled on your Onkyo AV receiver.

按功放主机上的“ON/Standby”，主机进入“Standby”模式。不要使用遥控器上的开关机键关闭功放。
