解决ttf-mscorefonts-installer无法安装的问题

安装Ubuntu18.04后更新时，弹出安装ttf-mscorefonts-installer，Failure to download extra data files

测试机型：联想邵阳E42
测试时间：2020年9月5日
测试系统：18.04

遇到的问题：

The following packages requested additional data downloads after package installation, but the data could not be downloaded or could not be processed.

ttf-mscorefonts-installer

The download will be attempted again later, or you can try the download again now. Running this command requires an active Internet connection.

屡败屡战

但按照网上的各种防范，安装总是失败滴
比如说： sudo apt-get --purge --reinstall install ttf-mscorefonts-installer
提示下载文件有404错误：ttf-mscorefonts-installer: processing…

再比如说：

sudo apt-get update
别人家是否成功了，洒家不知道，但是我这里是不行滴。

下面的命令和上面链接的并不完全一样，是3.8，不是3.6，网上目前（包括英文网站上的解答），我查到的都是写的3.6，用3.6的话，更新时还是会遇到问题。
