ubuntu cplex安装

一年前安装过一次cplex，最近再次安装的时候，发现老是出现一个异常

这个最初是在ubuntu16.04安装的，当时候以为是ibm没有做ubuntu16的安装测试，现在在Ubuntu18也出现同样的问题，可能真的没考虑windows。

解决方法

在其它系统（centos）安装cplex，等把文件解压完之后，再压缩打包回传。
