Android 系统内置存储空间满导致系统崩溃的问题解决

测试反馈:设备内存满时,进入设置,点击连接管理,出现死机重启
打印log如下图:
这里写图片描述
本地验证时发现虽然把/data或/cache填满了,无法再写入数据,但是透过stat查看分区文件系统状态,
free blocks并不等于0.

关于文件系统空间预留的说明
ext4模块本身会预留2%左右的分区存储空间做reserved空间,专门为ext4自己保留。
在super.c (/vendor/mstar/kernel/linaro/fs/ext4)的ext4_calculate_resv_clusters()这个函数中有以下这段code:

static ext4_fsblk_t ext4_calculate_resv_clusters(struct super_block *sb)
{
	ext4_fsblk_t resv_clusters;
	/*
	 * There's no need to reserve anything when we aren't using extents.
	 * The space estimates are exact, there are no unwritten extents,
	 * hole punching doesn't need new metadata... This is needed especially
	 * to keep ext2/3 backward compatibility.
	 */
	if (!EXT4_HAS_INCOMPAT_FEATURE(sb, EXT4_FEATURE_INCOMPAT_EXTENTS))
		return 0;
	/*
	 * By default we reserve 2% or 4096 clusters, whichever is smaller.
	 * This should cover the situations where we can not afford to run
	 * out of space like for example punch hole, or converting
	 * uninitialized extents in delalloc path. In most cases such
	 * allocation would require 1, or 2 blocks, higher numbers are
	 * very rare.
	 */
	resv_clusters = ext4_blocks_count(EXT4_SB(sb)->s_es) >>
			EXT4_SB(sb)->s_cluster_bits;
	do_div(resv_clusters, 50);
	resv_clusters = min_t(ext4_fsblk_t, resv_clusters, 4096);
	return resv_clusters;
}

这段code就是计算ext4预留空间大小的。EXT4_SB(sb)->s_cluster_bits的值一般为0,可以看到最终预留的空间是取分区空间的2%和4096的最小值,也就说最多会预留4096个block(4096bytes ),也就是16MB。

(1) system分区
执行stat -f /system会印出类似以下的信息:
root@touch1:/ # stat -f /system
File: “/system”
ID: 8c829c5f2697bfed Namelen: 255 Type: ef53
Block Size: 4096 Fundamental block size: 4096
Blocks: Total: 444376 Free: 101835 Available: 97739
Inodes: Total: 114688 Free: 112669
这里Free - Available = 4096 blocks,即16MB,因为system分区一般size较大(大于1GB),预留2%多半会超过16MB,因此会预留最多4096个block,即16MB。

(2)cache分区
root@touch1:/ # stat -f /cache
File: “/cache”
ID: d3609fe804970d6b Namelen: 255 Type: ef53
Block Size: 4096 Fundamental block size: 4096
Blocks: Total: 253926 Free: 253833 Available: 249737
Inodes: Total: 65536 Free: 65521
这里Free - Available = 4096 blocks,即16MB

(3) data分区
data分区一般size较大(大于1GB),与system分区类似,按照理论分析应该也是要预留16MB,执行stat后的结果如下:
root@touch1:/ # stat -f /data
File: “/data”
ID: d3609fe804970d6b Namelen: 255 Type: ef53
Block Size: 4096 Fundamental block size: 4096
Blocks: Total: 6700668 Free: 6102006 Available: 6097910
Inodes: Total: 1712128 Free: 1709083

(4) Internal SD
在本系统中Internal SD与/data会共享userdata的存储空间。所以APP写internal sd时同样会把/data填满,而使得/data只剩下预留空间。
root@touch1:/ # stat -f /mnt/runtime/default/emulated/
File: “/mnt/runtime/default/emulated/”
ID: 0000000000000000 Namelen: 255 Type: 65735546
Block Size: 4096 Fundamental block size: 4096
Blocks: Total: 6687868 Free: 6089489 Available: 6085393
Inodes: Total: 1712128 Free: 1709639
同样这里Free - Available = 4096 blocks,即16MB

**综上所述分析结论:**导致系统应用崩溃的原因是由于/data分区的预留空间过小,导致在internal sd存储空间塞满后,/data分区也只剩16M的预留空间了,而16M的预留空间不足以支持系统核心进程对/data分区的读写操作。

**解决方案:**修改/system/core/sdcard/sdcard.c文件,将default预留空间扩大至50MB,防止APP写internal sd时把/data填满。

#define DATA_FREE_SIZE_TH_DEFAULT (50UL*1024UL*1024UL)

没有预留50M的sdcard.c的代码如下:

/* README
 *
 * What is this?
 *
 * sdcard is a program that uses FUSE to emulate FAT-on-sdcard style
 * directory permissions (all files are given fixed owner, group, and
 * permissions at creation, owner, group, and permissions are not
 * changeable, symlinks and hardlinks are not createable, etc.
 *
 * See usage() for command line options.
 *
 * It must be run as root, but will drop to requested UID/GID as soon as it
 * mounts a filesystem. It will refuse to run if requested UID/GID are zero.
 *
 * Things I believe to be true:
 *
 * - ops that return a fuse_entry (LOOKUP, MKNOD, MKDIR, LINK, SYMLINK,
 * CREAT) must bump that node's refcount
 * - don't forget that FORGET can forget multiple references (req->nlookup)
 * - if an op that returns a fuse_entry fails writing the reply to the
 * kernel, you must rollback the refcount to reflect the reference the
 * kernel did not actually acquire
 *
 * This daemon can also derive custom filesystem permissions based on directory
 * structure when requested. These custom permissions support several features:
 *
 * - Apps can access their own files in /Android/data/com.example/ without
 * requiring any additional GIDs.
 * - Separate permissions for protecting directories like Pictures and Music.
 * - Multi-user separation on the same physical device.

/* README
 *
 * What is this?
 *
 * - Apps can access their own files in /Android/data/com.example/ without
 * requiring any additional GIDs.
 * - Separate permissions for protecting directories like Pictures and Music.
 * - Multi-user separation on the same physical device.

修改前与修改后的对比验证如下:

通过如下 adb 命令在 /storage/emulated/ 目录下产生一个名为 bigfile 的文件,让其自动增长到磁盘剩余空间大小。

adb shell dd if=/dev/zero of=/storage/emulated/bigfile
使用 df 命令看存储空間/data分区

修改sdcard.c之前,填满存储空间时:
root@touch1:/ # df
