问题：

  src/pyaudio/device_api.c:9:10: fatal error: portaudio.h: 没有那个文件或目录

ERROR: Could not build wheels for pyaudio, which is required to install pyproject.toml-based projects

I can resolve that problem. First execute:
sudo apt-get install portaudio19-dev
Next, execute:
pip install pyaudio
