Linux使用Poco库访问数据库

1. 安装Poco库
   https://github.com/pocoproject/poco/
   https://docs.pocoproject.org/current/
   注意依赖库，如openssl 等依赖库提前安装
2. 访问MySQL
   需要mysqlclient
