vscode支持matlab 完全小白

1. 安装vscode

2. 右侧扩展栏搜索安装插件 matlab extention pack和code runner

3. ctrl shift P，输入setting.json，添加如下内容

4. 打开任一*.m文件，快捷键ctrl alt n运行，可以在不打开matlab的情况下运行程序
