Enable the administraotr count on Windows 7 home premium

Then , change the default path (C:/User/***>) to C:/> .  Subsequently,  key in " net user administrator /active:yes", then you should see a message that"Then command completed successfully."  So, if you want to disable this super user, just take the same operation except key in "net user administrator /active:no"
