如果你接受了别人的一个项目，执行 npm install 后报如下错误，那么可以去package.json中看一下肯定是使用了node-sass库，而这个库是需要python支持的，所以我是通过一下方式解决的

1 安装python2.7,然后添加到环境变量

2 运行 npm install -g node-gyp

3 运行 npm install --global --production windows-build-tools 可以自动安装跨平台的编译器

4重新执行 npm install即可
