利用命令部署springBoot项目出现ERROR] No plugin found for prefix ‘spring-boot’ in the current的错误

在使用Maven部署springBoot 项目时，出现如下错误：

最后上网找了好多资料，发现是使用mvn spring-boot:run命令时的路径不对，解决办法如下：

1.在运行命令mvn spring-boot:run时，确保在包含了pom.xml路径下运行。

2.如果使用的Spring-Boot版本是里程碑版的版本，则需要加入如下的配置，如果使用的是正式版的则不需要下面的配置
