A:Well, the only place to get trained if you are on the alliance is in Ironforge. For the horde, its in Thunder Bluff. But dont fret, since the deeprun tram in Stormwind goes to Ironforge, you can go get your training without having to pass through any hostile territory. Hope this helps you.
