BeanInitializationException: Could not load properties

出现了以下错误 ：可以看出不能加载配置文件properties;

一开始以为是properties文件中的内容有错误，因为我的properties中设置的是连接oracle数据库，但是数据库里面的内容并没有创建。

后来到配置propertie的地方检查，发现漏了classpath，加上之后maven重新clean/install，运行服务器就成功了。
