摘 要
带式输送机是一种连续机械,被广泛应用于国民经济各个部门,因为它有许多优点,如运行平衡、运转可靠、能耗低、对环境污染小、便于集中控制和实现自动化、管理维护方便等。为了满足特定需求,本文根据地面主提升带式输送机的原始参数,结合常规上运带式输送机驱动方案及制动方案的理论的研究,对上运带式输送机进行了系统设计。
普通型带式输送机由六个主要部件组成:传动装置、机尾和导回装置、中部机架、拉紧装置以及胶带。在本文中,对这些部件进行了详细介绍。其中,拉紧装置是带式输送机中非常重要的一个部件,它的作用是保证胶带在输送过程中保持紧张状态,以避免胶带松弛或脱落。为了满足不同的需求,目前国内有多种拉紧装置的形式,本文通过介绍拉紧装置的主要作用和几种拉紧装置优缺点的比较,对液压自动拉紧装置系统进行了设计。
在综合机械化采煤工作中,工作面推进速度比较快,顺槽巷道的长度和运输距离也相应发生变化,这就要求顺槽运输设备能够比较灵活地迅速进行伸长或缩短。可伸缩胶带输送机就是为了适应这种需要而设计制造的。它的传动原理和普通胶带输送机一样,都是根据挠性体摩擦传动原理,靠胶带与传动滚筒之间的摩擦力来驱动胶带运行,完成运输作业的。在结构上可伸缩胶带输送机最突出的特点是它有一个贮带仓和一套贮带装置,这套装置起暂时贮存适量胶带的作用,当移动机尾进行伸缩时,贮带装置可相应地放出或收贮一定长度的胶带。
在设计过程中,需要对输送机各部件进行选型计算和某些重要部件的设计,以确保整个系统能够在给定场合下安全可靠的完成预期的任务。经过上述的设计和计算,最终得到了符合条件的带式输送机,本文主要是针对可伸缩带式输送机的机尾部机械进行结构设计及优化。

Abstract
Belt conveyor is a continuous machinery widely used in various sectors of the national economy due to its many advantages, such as balanced operation, reliable operation, low energy consumption, low environmental pollution, easy centralized control and automation, and convenient management and maintenance. In order to meet specific requirements, this article conducts a systematic design of the upper conveyor belt conveyor based on the original parameters of the ground main lifting belt conveyor, combined with theoretical research on the driving and braking schemes of the conventional upper conveyor belt conveyor.

In this article, a detailed introduction is provided to these components. Among them, the tensioning device is a very important component in the belt conveyor, its function is to ensure that the belt remains in a tense state during the conveying process, in order to prevent the belt from loosening or falling off. In order to meet different needs, there are currently various forms of tensioning devices in China. This article introduces the main functions of tensioning devices and compares the advantages and disadvantages of several tensioning devices, and designs the hydraulic automatic tensioning device system.
