step1: 下载wget.exe ，链接：https://eternallybored.org/misc/wget/
step2：将wget.exe移动到C:Windows/System32文件夹下
step3: 移动完成后，cmd,命令行窗口输入wget,显示：

C:\Users\Administrator>wget
wget: missing URL
Usage: wget [OPTION]... [URL]...
