idea中maven 的pom写入jar，死活引入不进来

idea中maven 的pom写入jar，死活引入不进来

今天遇到了一个很奇怪的事，在pom里面写了

写完之后，怎么都是导入不进来依赖。没反应。
最后在shiro依赖上面加了一行空行。刷新，直接导入进来。
