tensorflow中提供了关于Tensor的组合操作.也就是切片和联合
TensorFlow provides several operations to slice or extract parts of a tensor, or join multiple tensors together.

tf.slice	从已有的tensor中,提取出一个slice.这个可用经典的python切片方式进行操作 比如$\qquad$ $\qquad$foo[3:7, :-2] 等价于tf.slice(foo, [3, 0], [4, foo.get_shape()[1]-2]).
