X现在需要一个功能，就是用户协议和支付协议已经html页面展示出来，显示是htm了，但是展示出来是以普通字符展示出来....
操作
使用php函数中htmlspecialchars_decode。
这个htmlspecialchars_decode - 将特殊的HTML实体转换回普通字符
