实现spring mvc

1.     配置DispatcherServlet

DispatcherServlet是Sping  MVC 的心脏，负责接收HTTP请求，并组织各组件完成工作；Servlet拦截匹配规则要自已定义，把拦截下来的请求，依据某规则分发到目标Controller(我们写的Action)来处理。

在web.xml中配置上下文监听,
