一、创建完整的struts空项目

1. 新建web项目(工程)

查看创建后的项目目录

可切换显示模式

2. 导入jar包

3. 添加配置文件struts.xml

4. 在web.xml文件中配置过滤器

5. 试运行当前项目

二、创建action

1 先创建一个action包

2 创建一个class类

3. 编写一个getHello方法

三、创建一个要返回的jsp页面

四. 编写strtus.xml配置文件
