升级到Window10 20H2后numpy报运行时错误

执行步骤

import numpy

报错信息

解决方法

卸载默认安装的 numpy 1.19.4 版本，安装 1.19.3版本

1. 卸载 numpy 1.19.4

pip uninstall numpy

2. 安装 numpy 1.19.3

pip install numpy==1.19.3
