如果给

UIImageView 上面放一个button（或者其他的控件，需要添加手势或者点击事件）时，如果点击的事件不触发时

 我们需要把UIImageView与用户的交互打开 

例如：

    UIImageView * Image = [[UIImageView alloc]initWithFrame:CGRectMake(0,0, ScreenWidth, 215 * FitHeight)];

    Image.image = [UIImage imageNamed:@"userbackground@2x"];

    //imageView打开用户交互

    Image.userInteractionEnabled = YES;

    [self.view addSubview:Image];

 //跳过按钮

    UIButton *  SkipButton = [[UIButton alloc]initWithFrame:CGRectMake(ScreenWidth - 70 * FitWidth, 25 * FitHeight, 50 * FitWidth, 50 * FitHeight)];

    [SkipButton setTitle:@"跳过" forState:UIControlStateNormal];

    [SkipButton setTintColor:littleLabelColor];

    SkipButton.titleLabel.font = littleLabelFont;

    [SkipButton addTarget:self action:@selector(SkipButtonAction) forControlEvents:UIControlEventTouchUpInside];

    [BackgroundPicture addSubview:SkipButton];
