Python 3.7.8 pip安装numpy报错：Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement numpy (from versio...

Python版本：python-3.7.8-amd64.exe

但在安装numpy框架时报错：pip install numpy

问题解决旅程：

• 1、第一次：
  尝试更换版本，版本降低到3.7.4更为稳定：python-3.7.4-amd64，但是问题依旧未修复。

• 2.第二次：
  感觉除版本之外或许我的镜像仓库应该配置有问题，尝试有阿里巴巴的镜像仓库更换成豆瓣的仓库，但是豆瓣的仓库大多都是以http开头的，形如：

http://pypi.douban.com/simple/

如果不是https开头的，在使用pip安装时需要在命令尾部加上授信：

--trusted-host pypi.douban.com

形如： `pip install 包名 -i http://pypi.douban.com/simple/ --trusted-host pypi.douban.com`，很麻烦。

于是尝试：

1、在C盘系统目录，创建pip文件夹，在pip文件夹下创建pip.ini文件，文件内容如下：

2、将豆瓣的http头换成https

index-url = https://pypi.douban.com/simple/

再次尝试安装numpy，均成功。
