解决方式

干脆直接重新安装来的简单。

1. 终端连远程，彻底卸载jupyter note book

pip install pip-autoremove
pip-autoremove jupyter -y

注意： 使用pip uninstall jupyter是卸不掉jupyter的。

2. 重新安装jupyter notebook

pip3 install --upgrade --force-reinstall --no-cache-dir jupyter

就能正常使用jupyter notebook了
