关于pip install tensorflow,Could not find a version that satisfies……失败的问题

关于pip install tensorflow 失败，出现Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement tensorflow-tensorboard的问题
百度了好久都不行，上了官方论坛试了好几个方法终于解决了：
原因是windows 64位系统上pip 安装tensorflow只支持python 3.5版本，下载python3.5 x86-64版，同时设置好环境变量即可解决。
