Solution:

Please check your bin logs on the disks.
Probably go to /mysqllogs/logs/, find index file, remove the bin logs entries from the index file don't exist on disk anymore.

Check the binlog.index

# less  binlog.index

Audit the file, will remove the entry at almost cases
