例如在安装 Python 包的时候，有时会出现这种情况：

ERROR: Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement bokeh (from versions: none)
ERROR: No matching distribution found for bokeh

例如还有：

ERROR: Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement torndb (from versions: none)
ERROR: No matching distribution found for torndb

2. 可能的解决方法

python -m pip install --upgrade pip
pip install xxx -i https://pypi.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/simple/ --trusted-host pypi.douban.com
