Employees can do their jobs in accordance with things that are chancing in our life,such as traffic jam,sudden sickness of family member and so on.
Second flexible working hours can bring more pleasure to the company,such as more happier and loyal employees,more satisfaction with the jobs,more higher work efficiency and so on.
From what has been discussed above.we can safely draw the conclusion that catering to the requirements of both employees and employers,and flexible working hours are preferable for a lot of people.

Complaints about majors can often be heard in today’s universities and many college students are discussing with their majors.

Why are there so many student feeling discontent with their majors,despite the face that they themselves make the choice before entering the university?

With the development of mass media.deceptive advertising has been increasingly prevalent （流行）in our life.It’s not uncommon to see deceptive advertising that exaggerates(夸大) the effect of medicines(药品) and cosmetics(化妆品) on TV or in the newspaper.It cheats the consumers and causes disturbances(骚乱) to the society.
In view of the seriousness of this problem,I strongly suggest that effective measures should be taken right away.Firstly,the government should issue(出台) strict laws and regulations in order to ban those deceptive advertising.
Secondly,It is a high time that celebrities who are often the spokesmen of advertising realized they should not agree to advertise for any product without having used the product.
Thirdly,relevant organizations should set higher standards to supervise the advertising industry.
If the three sides mentioned above work together,I believe we could safely come to conclusion that we can put an end on deceptive advertising.What’s more,as long as everyone makes great efforts,the advertising industry will develop healthily and harmoniously.
