MySQL5.7.31版本：Access denied for user‘root‘@‘localhost‘ (using password: YES)

5.7.31 MySQL

2、问题

# linux登录mysql
mysql -u root -p
输入密码后报错：
Access denied for user'root'@'localhost' (using password: YES)

3、解决

# 1、service mysqld stop停止mysql服务器
service mysqld stop
# 2、find / -name my.cnf 查找mysql配置文件的位置打开
find / -name my.cnf
3、在[mysqld]后添加skip-grant-tables
vi /*/my.cnf
# 4、启动mysql ：service mysqld start
service mysqld start
# 5、登录mysql
mysql -u root -p
# 输入密码时直接回车
# 6、root设置密码
update mysql.user set authentication_string = password("123456") where user="root";
flush privileges;
quit;
# 7、停止mysql服务
service mysqld stop
# 8、删除my.cnf的skip-grant-tables
# 9、重新启动mysql
service mysqld stop
