Mac安装python3和numpy等package

• Mac默认安装了python2
• 使用以下命令安装 python3
  brew install python
  只要HomeBrew是最新版，并且网络没有问题，都可以安装成功。成功后再运行上面的命令，显示：

  python@3.9 3.9.2 is already installed and up-to-date.
  To reinstall 3.9.2, run:
  brew reinstall python@3.9
  

• 此时如果使用如下命令安装 numpy
  pip install numpy
  将会出现以下错误：
