上面的acknowledges, actions , alerts ........ 等各种表的创建是通过 create.sql (/usr/share/doc/zabbix-server-mysql-4.4.10/create.sql )导入的， 查看 create.sql 发现它们的charset 是 utf8  

发现自己在创建zabbix数据库的时候没有指定 字符集， 导致是默认的latin 和 create.sql 中的字符集不同。 

 

解决办法： 

drop database zabbix; 
create database zabbix charset utf8 collate utf8_bin;
