python中的各种异常处理——更新pandas库(from 0.20.0——0.24.0）

想要使用pandas中的属性，但是版本不一致，且事先已经pip uninstall pandas

正确安装指定的版本，首先要确保几点：

• 权限问题，在管理员窗口进行操作
• 安装的包的依赖包也全部uninstall(可以使用conda list（pip list )查看包是否已经uninstall
• 完成以上两步之后，重新 执行安装的命令
