xampp中apache无法启动的问题（child process36）

安装xampp的时候遇到apache无法启动的问题。有说端口被占用的，打开任务管理器发现也没有被占用。
错误日志(\xampp\apache\logs\error.log)有如下提示：

解决办法如下：
1.在XAMPP Control Panel点Setup，弹出命令行；
2.选择6回车，enable mob_perl。
