1. 先去github注册帐号 ：https://github.com/

2. 下载git和github

3. 打开git ssh 输入 ssh-keygen -t rsa -C +你的注册的邮箱号

4. 在本地C:\Users\你的用户名.ssh生成文件夹，里面有id_rsa和id_rsa.pub两个文件 

然后复制id_rsa.pub文件里面的内容，到https://github.com/settings/keys新建一个

5. 开始使用 git：git clone git@github.com:

GIT clone命令慢时，可以使用代理，前提是你已经打开代理：

使用代理:

git config --global http.https://github.com.proxy https://127.0.0.1:1080
git config --global https.https://github.com.proxy https://127.0.0.1:1080

取消代码：

git config --global --unset http.proxy
git config --global --unset https.proxy
