1）追加
对象数组追加使用push 不能实现表格数据真正的追加数据
应该使用concat
但要注意需要多次追加的数据，进行去重

2）删除：
使用splice

addSelection() {
  let that = this;
  that.chosenList = that.chosenList.concat(that.orgMultiSelection);
  //去重
  var result = [];
  result = this.uniqueFunc(that.chosenList,"suppliesNum");
  //重新赋值
  that.chosenList = result;
},

handleDel(row){
  this.chosenList.splice(this.chosenList.findIndex(item => item.suppliesNum === row.suppliesNum), 1)
},

//对象数组去重
uniqueFunc(arr, type) {
  const res = new Map();
  return arr.filter((a) => !res.has(a[type]) && res.set(a[type], 1));
},
