Ext.js 代理（Ext.data.proxy.Ajax）配置请求时添加参数

使用额外参数：
extraParams : Object
Extra parameters that will be included on every request. Individual requests with params of the same name will override these params when they are in conflict.
示例：

               store : {
					fields : [ 'itemid', 'itemdesc','fieldsetid' ],
					proxy : {
						extraParams :{
							fieldsetid:'K01',
						},
						filterParam:'test',
						reader : {
							type : 'json',
							root : 'fieldList'
						}
					}
				},

在extraParams 中放置参数可直接传递至后端进行处理，其他参数使用方式用到时再探讨。
