Ext.js 代理（Ext.data.proxy.Ajax）获取请求到的数据处理后再显示于视图

使用：proxy ->reader对象(Ext.data.reader.Reader)
配置transform 对象为一个函数，配置后执行函数必须有返回值，可对数据进行处理后再返回数据（如;需要把某个字段中的’\n’转为'<br>'或对数据进行其他的加工等等）
transform 解释：
If a transform function is set, it will be invoked just before readRecords executes. It is passed the raw (deserialized) data object. The transform function returns a data object, which can be a modified version of the original data object, or a completely new data object. The transform can be a function, or an object with a ‘fn’ key and an optional ‘scope’ key. Example usage:
