SpringMVC运行流程

构建SpringMVC框首先要创建一个web工程

1、创建web工程

2、导包

3、配置web.xml文件（这个文件时工程自带的，手动创建的不可以）

4、配置xxx-servlet.xml文件（-servlet.xml是它的格式，不可以改变。）

5、创建Controllers.class
