jeston nx No CMAKE_CUDA_COMPILER could be found。

在使用cmake 时候找不到 cuda，因此报错，记录一下解决方法。
报错内容

CMake Error at CMakeLists.txt:3 (enable_language):
  No CMAKE_CUDA_COMPILER could be found.

  Tell CMake where to find the compiler by setting either the environment
  variable "CUDACXX" or the CMake cache entry CMAKE_CUDA_COMPILER to the full
  path to the compiler, or to the compiler name if it is in the PATH.

解决方案就是我们指定cuda编译器的指定位置。一般cuda位置在/usr/local/, 我们进入这个目录下，发现有一个cuda目录，和一个cuda-10.2目录，我们只需要指定cuda目录就可以了。

sudo cmake -D CMAKE_CUDA_COMPILER="/usr/local/cuda/bin/nvcc" ..
