Mondy March 8th 2021 Fine
After today,I have adjust my schedule.I intent to get up at 6:10 and sleep at 11:00.Although I feel it is impossible.Why I wake up at 6:10.Let me think a lot,because I don’t rise at 6.00.
I have do it that I run 2km already three days.When I was about to graduate ,I realize physical health is importan than other things.Becuse My physical more and more worse.But I always feeling my shoulders are considerable weight.
Now it’s 23:21,I think I should sleep.
