Command line is too long. Shorten command line for Test or also for Application default config解决办法

今天编译项目的时候遇到的了idea的报错，记录下解决办法
遇到的问题是：

Command line is too long. Shorten command line for Test or also for Application default config

解决办法是在项目的workspace.xml中插入一段语句
在 workspace.xml 的 PropertiesComponent里面加上

property name="dynamic.classpath" value="true" />

就正常了
原理不清楚，我也是网上查的，记录下
