【小教程】DigitalOcean只能使用一次优惠码的解决方法

• 之前注册了Github学生包，内含DigitalOcean一年50刀的优惠码。
• 注册DigitalOcean的时候又听说，新用户可以享受两个月100刀的优惠。
• 本以为可以享受两次优惠，结果注册好后只有两个月100刀的优惠，没能找到兑换优惠码的途径。
• 于是创建工单询问客服，得到以下回答：

Hi there,
It looks like our Free Trial Promo has been applied to your account. This provides a $100 credit available for 60 days.
If you’d like we can remove this promotion and apply your unique promo code instead. Applying your promo code, will make your credit available for 1 full year.
Note : An account can have only one promo.
Please let us know if you have any other questions!

几个月后，100刀没用完，但两个月的时效却没了，于是我又打起了之前Github优惠码的主意，再次创建工单咨询客服：

I am a student .I got a student coupon on github, but when I typed this coupon on the website,it was remind that I couldn’t use it. Could you help me? Here is my coupon code: “2019GITHUB50-c36eadd3”.

刚创建完不久，邮箱就显示DO的自动来件：

If you are unable to locate where to enter your promo code, first make sure that you have added a valid credit/debit card or made a deposit with PayPal. Please note that, if you registered your account using a unique referral URL or a free trial URL, the promo code field will not be available.

看样子好像又猜到我要干嘛了。。。
但说实话，刚注册的时候并没有提示一个账户只能享受一次优惠。
于是我尝试在工单上补充：

In your email it says: “Unless otherwise noted, promo codes are valid for 12 months from the date of issuance**, they are limited to 1 per customer, and they cannot be transferred between accounts.” But when I registered, no one said that an account can only use one coupon code. I think this is your mistake. Please help me to solve this problem.
