[Vue] Avoided redundant navigation to current location

写Vue代码的时候，经常提示下面这句话

Avoided redundant navigation to current location

这句话的意思很简单，就是提示你，不建议冗余的跳转当前路径，网上解决方法基本都是需要修改原型，这样会牵一发而动全身，可能导致未知的错误。如下：

//push 
const VueRouterPush = Router.prototype.push 
Router.prototype.push = function push (to) {
    return VueRouterPush.call(this, to).catch(err => err)
}

//replace
const VueRouterReplace = Router.prototype.replace
Router.prototype.replace = function replace (to) {
  return VueRouterReplace.call(this, to).catch(err => err)
}

更优雅的解决方式是：

if (this.$route.path === this.path) {

} else {
  this.$router.push(this.path);
}

只需要判断一下当前活跃的路由对象和当前路径是否一致即可，不一致才跳转，当然也可以写成一个if解决。
