解决办法：

• 根据报错，是python的SSL模块不起作用。于是需要重新编译安装python的源码。这一次，make clean之后，要在./configure之后加上一个参数 --with-openssl=/usr/local/openssl。
• 但是有一个问题，openssl如果是用的apt下载的，我这里是没有效果的。最终只能是把openssl的源码手动下载然后从源码编译安装。最后，问题会得到解决。
