torch-geometric安装

torch-geometric是图神经网络的一个工具包
安装之前需要安装相关的依赖库。

网上大多数方法，采用下面代码安装。${CUDA}替换为相应cuda版本，${TORCH}替换位为相应torch版本。例如cuda10.2即替换为cu102，torch 1.0.7替换为torch-1.7.0

pip install torch-scatter==latest+${CUDA} -f https://pytorch-geometric.com/whl/${TORCH}.html
pip install torch-sparse==latest+${CUDA} -f https://pytorch-geometric.com/whl/${TORCH}.html
pip install torch-cluster==latest+${CUDA} -f https://pytorch-geometric.com/whl/${TORCH}.html
pip install torch-geometric

但采用以上命令安装可能会报错，出现找不到相应版本错误。

采用以下命令安装避免出现错误：

pip install torch-scatter -f https://data.pyg.org/whl/torch-${TORCH}+${CUDA}.html
pip install torch-sparse -f https://data.pyg.org/whl/torch-${TORCH}+${CUDA}.html
pip install torch-cluster -f https://data.pyg.org/whl/torch-${TORCH}+${CUDA}.html
pip install torch-geometric

如果完成安装之后，出现报错信息“No module named torch.profiler”
按照报错路径找到文件profile.py。进行如下修改

原因因为torch1.10以上版本才有torch.profiler库。
