安装allennlp（v2.10）失败，从spacy安装就开始失败

从spacy安装就开始失败，还说缺少longintrepr.h头文件
即使对应文件夹加入这个longintrepr.h头文件，也会报其它错误

问题原因：allennlp不支持Windows，所以Windows安装会有问题
所以趁早放弃在Windows上安装allennlp吧，不要浪费时间了
